RN Refresher?

Alas, my skills are rusty. How to get back up to speed? Why, nursing refresher training, of course!

But does it exist? Well, yes, sort of... I have found a few such classes offered in various places around the country. But they're mostly virtual! What, no hands-on? After all, nursing work is about as hands-on as it gets.

So I'd like to know if there are other nurses out there facing this quandary. Let me know! If there are enough of us, I'll make it happen!
