Healthcarebelongs in our Constitution September 30, 2026 -- Our Constitution is a living document... or should be. It's a long time since we've amended it. But fear not; I've fixed that. Here are Articles XXVIII through XXXVIII of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Health care figures prominently; it gets an entire amendment. Single-payer? Coverage for dental, hearing, vision, mental health and long term care? End employer-provided health insurance? Cover everybody? Check, check, check, check. It's all here in Article XXXI. |
